Glitterazzi styled wedding shoot {part 2}

For the second part of the Glitterazzi styled wedding shoot we did at the end of 2013 at the Irene Dairy Farm in Pretoria, we used a pink and black combination for the cakes and two other dresses. The flowers we used wre also a bit more dramatic. {See part 1 here}.

The décor + styling was done by Carla from Moi Decor and the ‘LOVE’ letters is from TYPO. The delicacies are again by Inge from The Cake Cartel. I made the ruffles that adorned the table for the massive 1m diameter balloon that popped just before Melanie Wessels could take a photo of it.

Match Set Love created these cute little pockets for sparklers that can be used by the guests at the first dance. And the favours were little Golden pockets sewn at the sides with sayings in, similar to fortune cookies. One can fill them with sweeties or any think of your choice.

For confetti we opted to use Confetti pops or Push-pop confetti, available for order if you’d like with labels printed and designed by Match Set Love

Sarah from Swoon did her magic with the make-up again, and Natalies’ eyes sparkled! We used a simple material flower as hairpiece instead of a veil. The dress was again by Swoon, with a lace detail at the top, but this time long sleeves. We added a ‘LOVE’ badge available from 87 Design here. The bashews are from Moi Decor‘s rental catalogue and the paper straws from their retail outlet.

For the flowers, Kirsten from Vividly Vintage included some plastic desert roses that were sprayed golden to the bouquet. It really gave the flowers that something extra and tied in very well with the theme.

For the last look we used my sisters’ wedding dress of 10 years ago! It was such a beaut and I was really excited to take it out of the cupboard!

The MUST HAVE images on my list were these with the glitter blowing! Did they not just come out perfectly?!
