I selected Pilgrimage Livingspaces as part of this months’ theme on Greenery / natural living. I just love the concept of their store, selling artisan decor and handmade products from Bali and India. Their website is filled with videos of their journeys – carefully selecting the pieces in their store. The stories behind some of the ancient techniques handed over from generation to generation and more. They even profile some of the artisans that make the products.
The company origins
Pilgrimage Spaces is a socially motivated lifestyle store born out of love and passion for travel and adventure to off the beaten track places, exotic cultures, colour, texture, craftsmanship and all that is authentic in life. All products are carefully and lovingly hand select from Indonesia and India. They aim to share their exotic journeys with others, capturing their essence and stories through the treasures and artisan decor which reflect a personal story of their makers and wider narratives the cultures and landscapes which inspire them.
The products are handcrafted, relying mainly on the skills of the artisans, using techniques passed down from generation to generation. This makes each unique, with no two the same. Each product tells a story of their maker giving us a sense that they contain a real soul of their origin which we want to share with others. We find beauty in this imperfection.
What products and / or services do you provide?

We also work closely with interior designer, Nikki Zigras, who has over 10 years of international interior and furniture design experience.
