From the first time I discovered the Skinny laMinx brand I was hooked. This proudly South African brand has made International vibes with their lovilee patterns and colours of their designs. When Heather Moore, the creative behind the brand announced that she was doing a Mr Price colab I knew it would be phenomenal. The big reveal came at the past weeks’ Decorex Joburg event (where I totally got to meet Heather in real life!!!)

The products were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G I literally came home and ordered myself a set of the 100% cotton bedding (hope to reveal my new-look bedroom in late September). The collection boasts some duvet covers, towels, stationery, kitchen goods, a throw and even some furniture! Best of all, it’s almost all made in South Africa. View the lovilee promo video below:

About the collection
The collection is all about whimsical, floral designs, quite different to the strong geometrics and abstract designs in the current Skinny laMinx collection. It still has the overall Skinny laMinx appeal and draw which makes my heart flutter. The bedding, that includes a duvet cover set and throw, was designed in a muted colour scheme of white, grey, charcoal and blush. Where as the other products in the range is more bright and colourful.

Obviously my favourite item in the collection is the duvet cover set, but I am also really liking the wrapping paper and the picnic sets. View the full Heather Moore Mr price Colab Collection here. (note that some of the items will only be hitting stores by the end of next week)

  1. Love this colab – that beautiful pink and grey blanket would suit my little girls room and I would even be tempted to frame that gorgeous wrapping paper 🙂
