What you’ll need

  • Small glass jar (I used the 250ml Consol Glass ‘jam jar’)
  • Unicorn vinyl eyes (buy them from the Lovilee shop)
  • Ice-cream of your choice
  • Ice-cream spoon
  • Small sugar cones (I’ve only seen them at Woolworths before here)
  • Decorations of your choice

How to put the unicorn ice-cream together?

  1. Start by adding the vinyl eyes to your jar. If you don’t have eyes you can also use a black marker pen or Sharpie to draw the eyes on.
  2. Unicorn vinyl eyes on glass jar

  3. Add 2 or 3 scoops of ice-cream to the jar
  4. Add a mini cone on top of the ice-cream
  5. Unicorn ice-cream in a jar Step 2 and 3

  6. Add some edible decorations to the ice-cream
