My 3 Top tips to get the most out of Black Friday deals

It is almost time for Black Friday! Are you ready to shop some 2022 Black Friday Deals in South Africa? Even though this day originated in the United States over the past few years we have recently also started looking forward to this event right here in South Africa.

I tend to stick to the online version shopping Black Friday Deals in South Africa. No need to look for parking or stand in long queues, just shopping from the comfort of my home. And one of my favourite online stores – Superbalist.com off-course! Yup, I literally have a permanent wish list on their App that I keep updated so that I never miss out on a deal!

Black Friday takes place on the Friday after Thanksgiving Day. The timing of the day offers a great opportunity to do some Christmas shopping or even prepare for the year ahead. This year Black Friday will be on Friday, 25 November, 2022.

My Top Tips for getting the most out of the Black Friday deals:

TIP 1: Get a head start by downloading the Superbalist App!
Navigate to either Google Play or iOS App store and download the Superbalist App. Register for the app and start a wish list by clicking on the heart on the items that you would like to add. Planning ahead is key when it comes to black Friday shopping by having your wish list loaded you will be able to save time and easily add the items to your cart as soon as they come on sale. It will also serve as a checklist so that you do not forget about item(s) you want to shop.

Remember to enable push notifications to ensure you do not miss out on any of their amazing promos, now, or on Black Friday. I have my payment and delivery preferences saved on the app making check-out a breeze. PS: First-time shoppers also get R250 off their first Superbalist purchase with code FIRSTBUY.

TIP 2: Budget, Budget, Budget
No one likes to talk about money, but set a budget and stick to it, no matter what. I normally save up before Black Friday and then set a budget so that I know how much I can afford to spend. There is nothing worse than buyers regret, it simply takes the joy out of your purchases. So best avoid it and just stick to the plan.

Superbalist offers nine safe and secure ways to pay that include debit and credit card payments as well as a PayFlex option that allows you to make 4 x 25%, interest free payment options over 6 weeks that can help if you need to spend on higher priced items. Remember if you spend R500 or more and you will get FREE and FAST delivery.

TIP 3: Set a Reminder or Two or Three
The early bird catches the worm! The earlier you set your reminder the better the chances for you to get exactly what you want this Black Friday! What is great shopping online is that you don’t have to dress up fancy, you can shop in your PJs!

Ready, Set – book out some time in your calendar not just for the 25th, but for 23-28 November 2022 to shop the Superbalist.Com Black Friday Showdown.  Six days of  exciting offers on fashion, shoes, accessories, homeware, beauty, grooming and sportswear that you don’t want to miss out on!
