When it comes to exercising I am all about the outfit and gadgets to get me energised! We have a morning mommy group that have started walking together (with a coffee in hand) after drop-off at school recently so I have been looking at getting some new trainers as mine are really really old, but still so comfortable. I have a pair of Nike Air Zoom trainers that are about six years old and have been so impressed with the quality that I started looking for the same brand again. I found some pretty impressive Nike Online options to add on my wishlist before I decide via Superbalist.com.
I started my journey to a more healthier me a few years ago when I got my Fitbit and being party of this walking community is such a fun and easy way to catch up with friends and get exercising as well before the day starts. So here with my list of workout essentials that I hope will also get you inspired and energised.

- Marble dumbbell in onyx (How beautiful is this?! A weight to match my decor!)

- Strelitzia Travel Mug (for me to use whilst I exercise, but you can also use it before or after)
- Nike air zoom pegasus 39 (this pink makes my heart beat faster!)
- Plush essential crew jumper – green chilli (obsessed with this green at the moment!)
- Fitbit Versa 4 Fitness tracker (this tracker has revolutionised the way I think of exercising and makes it fun and helps me set attainable and fun targets)
- 7 pack sock in leopard print (cause a little leopard print is a must for me!)
And me with my light OCD cannot mix brands, so when I choose one I wear it from top to bottom.
