When the Pantone color of the year 2019 was announced I immediately started thinking of recipes that could work with this lovilee color. The immediate fruits that came to mind was either Grapefruits or Pomegranates, so a mocktail just made sense.
What is a Mocktail?
A mocktail is a non-alcoholic drink consisting of a mixture of fruit juices or other soft drinks.
